The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as an in-unit W/D and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, with 180 degree views in the living room. There is a large walk-in closet in the master and two full-size closets in both the smaller bedroom and hallway.

Option to sublet (furnished if desired) Jan 15 (flexible) until end of lease on 6/14/23, or enter into a new lease with the building. If interested in just the master bedroom with the current roommate (28 F), we can explore that option as well.

The building is luxury, full-service, and extremely well rated in NYC. Amenities include a gym, indoor pool, virtual driving range, mailroom, dry cleaning, game room (arcade, pool table, ping pong table), dog daycare (separate membership, if desired, or per use charge), and work from home space.

The unit can also be partially or fully FURNISHED if desired with a king bed and desk in the master, living room setup, kitchenware/appliances, and queen bed and desk in the smaller bedroom - perfect as a landing pad if you're moving to the city and want some time getting to know the areas before committing to a location.
