Property Details
Hello everyone,
I am renting out my East Village 1 bedroom apartment from December - March with an option to extend. (Move in date can be flexible )
The apt is furnished and renovated
4th floor walk up, pre-war building
The apartment itself is very bright lovely and quiet— two big windows that face a back garden so there is little to no street noise. You will have light on both ends of the apartment, with nice morning and afternoon sun. I also love this building, the front door is secure it locks. Neighbors always seem to be respectful!
Asking $3295 /month with a one month security deposit
About the location:
Avenue B and C is a great artistic pocket of the East Village - bars, restaurants, shops and cafes - all promote a close neighborhood vibe.
The apartment is a few blocks from the infamous Tomkins Sq Park. Many transportation options: bus, taxi, citibike & subway (closest is the L train at avenue A).
The area is awesome- The 6 train is due west at Astor Place 7 minutes away, L train Northwest at 14th & A. F train is southwest 7 blocks away at 1st Ave and 1st street(24 hour stop) and that literally goes straight up 6th avenue to NYU, West Village- Penn station, Bryant Park, Rockefeller and finally Central park. The 6 Train is at Bleeker & another at Astor Place. L train on 14th Streetand Ave A. There's a new Trader Joes that just opened on 14th & C & 14th & A. Citi bike on the corner.
