There is a large walk-in closet in the master and two full-size closets in both the smaller bedroom and hallway.
The building is highly-rated and I've had a wonderful experience living here, I'm honestly sad to leave. Amenities are included in the $8414 rate and include a gym, indoor pool, virtual driving range, mailroom, dry cleaning, game room (arcade, pool table, ping pong table), dog daycare (separate membership, if desired, or per use charge), and work from home space.
Option to sublet the remainder of my lease term at rate of $8414 (includes amenities access, utilities additional) with option to renew or enter into a new lease with building management (subject to market rate). Units below ours are going for higher rates and the unit directly above ours recently rented for $10,696, so you would be getting a discount on the current market with a sublet.
