Hi everyone! I am looking for someone to sublease/take over my lease in SoHo! It is in a prime location near Trader Joe’s, Target, minutes away from the shops and lots of restaurants and bars nearby (also one of my favorite coffee shops right downstairs!). The rent is $2195 + around $50 for Wi-Fi & utilities.

The apartment has beautiful exposed brick, stainless steel appliances, washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, every room has their own AC/Heating unit, and I can leave the room fully furnished if you would like. Our lobby is clean and well maintained as well as the trash room. The apt is small pet friendly with no fee.
It is a 4 bed 1 bath on the 4th floor (walkup), the roommates are all early 20s females so you would be a great fit if you are in you're also a female in their early 20s and in school/working professional.

For the lease takeover you would have to make 40x monthly rent and would sign a lease for the remainder of the time. I can be flexible on start date but am looking someone to takeover ASAP! Reach out if you have any questions 😊
