Looking for someone to take over our lease in our lovely 1 bedroom in The Dime in Williamsburg, Brooklyn starting ~Dec 1 (lease goes through June 2023 with option to extend.)

Apartment is a 45 second walk from the J/M/Z @ Marcy Avenue. It's honestly the BEST building I've ever lived in in NYC (but we finally bought a place so we're moving into our new home soon.)

The unit itself has incredible floor to ceiling bay windows with views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The natural light is INCREDIBLE. All state of the art appliances, washer/dryer in-unit, and incredibly high ceilings.

Common spaces are AMAZING - there's a common penthouse lounge with bar (see pics), access to an infrared sauna, state of the art indoor and outdoor fitness center, roof area with grills, multiple common working areas, fitness classes, basketball court...the list goes on (google The Dime to see more!) For $150/month extra you can get a giant storage unit in basement. There's also parking (but not sure what that is monthly - happy to find out!)
We love our beautiful, light-filled apartment here and would love to transition the lease over to another couple or person who will get as much joy from it as we do! The neighborhood is awesome too - a quick walk to Domino Park, near amazing restaurants like Traif and Meadowsweet and Xixa - and awesome bars too (OTB, Banter, Lucky Dog, Silver Factory!)
