- Permission is not given to harbor dogs of the Rottweiler, American pit-bull, Pit-bull Terrier, Pit-bull, German Shepherd, and Doberman Pinscher variety, mixed or pedigreed, or any breed (in Owner's sole discretion) with an aggressive nature, and such dog(s) shall not be kept in the Apartment for any period of time

- Subject to Owner's prior approval, Tenant may keep up to two (2) dogs which, at full growth, do not exceed a collective weight of 100 lbs or two (2) cats in the apartment. Tenant may have one (1) dog and one (1) cat as long as dog, at full growth, does not exceed 100 lbs. Any dog weighing more than 50 lbs is only permitted to use service elevator. TENANT MUST PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPH OF PET AT THE TIME REQUEST IS MADE

- A pet rider would need to be signed by the tenant with additional details, along with vaccination records and a NYS dog licenses.
