Lease runs through March 2024 & I'm flexible for any 2/1/23 & beyond for the new tenant. It's a great building that I'll be sad to leave! Highlights include 24/7 doorman, pool, hot tub, fully stacked gym, & a short walk to the Grove Street Path station for easy access to NYC (literally a 2 minute walk).
