Looking for one person or a couple to sublease my flex one-bedroom in East Village from December 10 to the end of March 2023 (approx. 4 months).

No pets, sorry!

The apartment has a brand new in-unit washer/dryer combo machine and a dishwasher and will be fully furnished with a couch, smart TV, memory foam bed, counter height bar table with stools, kitchen utensils, dishes, sheets, towels, etc. Note: there's no oven, but there is a new toaster oven for you to use. The bed is a memory foam SHORT QUEEN size (aka “RV queen”) – it is 60” wide x 75” long.

The apartment is in a quiet building very close to Tompkins Square. It’s a 7 min walk to the L train stop at 1st Ave. In the heart of East Village – bustling with activity, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Rent is $2990/month including wifi. Utilities will be billed separately. $1000 security deposit. $45 application required through TurboTenant (includes soft credit check and proof of income). Rent to be paid through TurboTenant.

In your email, please confirm you intend to rent for the entire duration (mid-December through end of March 2023) and that you can provide proof of 40x the monthly rent in household annual income ($136k/year).
