I rented this place at the end of May, and now need to relocate to Europe for work. I have 6 months left under my lease and looking for someone to take it over.
This is a studio in a brand new luxury building (65 story) in the heart of NYC financial district. Studio is very bright and offers great views of the city (high floor). I also have brand new 55 inch Samsung smart TV and new furniture that I bought only a few months ago: king size memory foam mattress, modern arm chair, kitchen table, chairs + all the stuff for the kitchen also brand new (pots, pans, dished, silverware, indoor grill, etc.). There is washer/dryer in-unit.
The building offers great amenities including a doorman, full-size fitness center, roof deck with breathtaking views, lounge for remote work, billiards and game room. The building puts together frequent events for residents that are fun and very useful if you wanna meet new people.
