We are looking for a long term rental in our beautifully renovated duplex apartment in a three family townhouse on the border of Clinton Hill and Bedford Stuyvesant. The apartment is located one block from the G train, 10 minutes from the C.

You will enter on the parlor level which has a chef-ready kitchen, pantry, living room and powder room. The kitchen has a Miele dishwasher and Bertazzoni gas range and glass-front refrigerator. Hardwood floors and a subtle color scheme offset the grey marble countertop.

Walk down one flight of stairs to enter the garden level which contains two bedrooms and a phenomenal all-stone master bath with shower and soaking tub. From the master bedroom you can access a walk-in closet (and also exit/enter the apartment). The second bedroom (we use it as our kids room) has private access to the backyard. Sit under string lights with a glass of rose, tend to some herbs and enjoy some peace outside.
