we love our apartment! we were one of the first to move into this building almost 2 years ago and we are only leaving because we are moving out of NYC and need someone to take over our lease until may 2023 with option to renew!

the indoor space:
- 2 bedrooms, we have a king bed in one room, the other is an office. living room fits a sectional and large tv
- kitchen is a great size with all new appliances (fridge with water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, electric top stove).
- 1 large bathroom with large tub, big medicine cabinet, plus a half bath with enough space for additional storage!
- we are a couple and we both work from home, we find this to be enough space for both of us

outdoor space *abnormal amount of space!!!*
- massive private back yard, fenced in, with an area for a garden in the back (we’ve grown tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, peppers, corn, brussels two summers in a row!!!) with respectful and quiet neighbors on both sides.
- surprisingly quiet area, close to ridgewood with a very neighborhood feel.
- if you have a dog, this backyard is a game changer! amazing to be able to let your pup out at any time, no more middle of the night walks. also close to an amazing dog daycare (pawsability) and maria hernandez dog park.
- rubber pavers cover most of the backyard - zero maintenance and no critters

the building:
- brand new approx 40 units
- parking garage available (for additional fee)
- huge gym in the basement

- shared roof deck with amazing views of nyc & outdoor furniture
