Absolutely beautiful apartment with large private outdoor space located in Hudson Heights (near the cloisters, fort tryon park and some of the best restaurants in the city - 2 blocks from the express A train). The apartment has an enormous living area, kitchen, one large bedroom, and one small bedroom. It also has an enormous wraparound private patio great for summer barbecues and getting fresh air. I am going to Denver for medical treatment and am looking for at least a 4 month sublet (though longer is ideal). The apartment is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with lots of amenities (If you don't know the Hudson Heights area - it's a hidden gem. I lived in Murray Hill and the UWS before and always wanted to live here). The apartment comes fully furnished - I even have things like a barbecue, lots of outdoor furniture, a projector and screen (fun to use on the patio in the summer). It really feels like your own private cottage in the city. Sublets are required to go through landlord and require good credit, proof of income and first, last and deposit (I will give the exact details).
