I’m renting out my large 980 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, apartment in Brooklyn/Kensington from December 14 - at least May 2023. I will be out of the USA for an undefined period so am negotiable on duration. The apt can be rented out furnished or unfurnished.

It’s a ground floor apartment in a quiet area close to every convenience. The F/G station is conveniently located around the corner and there is usually on-street parking available making it more convenient than other neighborhoods. Approx 25 mins to lower Manhattan.

Both bedrooms are large, the second bed is a fold out sofa that can be folded away. The 3rd bedroom is not yet shown here. Its my daughters and Ive yet to clean up the toys off the floor!

The apartment can comfortably fit up to 4 people (or 5 if someone is happy on the couch). $3600/month furnished, or $3200 unfurnished excluding internet, water and gas which you are responsible for. If you’re interested in renting the space, I’d love to hear from you!
