Unfortunately I lost my job and I am looking for someone to take my charming park slope Victorian brownstone 1br/1ba. The lease would start December 1, but I’m planning to move out before thanksgiving so there is a little flexibility with move in date. For lease length you have two options: take the apartment for a lease that ends June 30, 2023 at $3,000 per month or you can opt for a lease that ends May 31st, 2024 where the rent is $3,000 until 6/30/23 and then goes to $3,100 from 7/1/23 - 5/31/24. There is no brokers fee either way!

The unit is on the top floor (2 flights up) so it’s very quiet and gets beautiful light all day. There is laundry and bike storage in the basement, AC in both rooms, and the building allows pets. Close to the B, Q, 2, and 3 trains.
