Hello! I’m posting for a friend who is looking to sublet his beautiful brand new Clinton Hill studio from now until 6/30/23 when his lease ends. Due to a family emergency he had to go back home to AZ and is now looking for someone to come live in this idyllic studio he’s called home since June 2022.

You’d get the place partially furnished with the mattress, desk, and tree if you’d like.

The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and just minutes walking from several cafes and supermarkets. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the G Train and 10 minutes from the C. It’s super easy to get anywhere whether it be Manhattan or Williamsburg. The kitchen is state-of-the-art with a gas stove, dishwasher, and huge fridge. There’s also your own washer-dryer in the unit as well. Also it’s an elevator building and it’s south-facing so the unit is full of light during the day.
