Gorgeous & unusually large studio in Battery Park available for sublet from December 1st until early/mid January.
The apartment is West facing over the Hudson River so you get the most INCREDIBLE sunsets every night and the building has direct private access to the river walkways and private parks. The building pretty much sits on top of 5 different subway stations (within 5-8 minute walk) so commuting anywhere in the city is a breeze.
I only moved in over the summer so I've kept it very clean and tastefully minimalist, almost like a hotel. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated marble with premium appliances. Very comfortable Queen bed, ample walk-in closet space, a large 60-inch TV and is overall elegantly furnished with everything you need.
I am empathetic to the fact that the market is crazy at the moment, so I'm not looking to price gauge anyone and am only looking to cover my rent for the time I am away over Christmas. The monthly rent is 4,200 and can pro rate flexibly for the January dates as needed.
Serious enquiries only. It's a luxury building with security/doorman/pool/gym/business center (all of which you will have access to!) but as such, I will require a deposit, copy of your ID, and either an in person meet or a Facetime. Apologies that I don't have great pictures of the main TV living room space but can send more to interested parties!
