My partner and I are looking for a roommate to renew our lease in this building. We are on the first floor and have a basement and backyard. The backyard is shared with our neighbor. There is laundry in the basement.

We are close to the A and C trains as well as several bus lines (b44, b43, and b65).

We are ideally looking for someone who is open to renting out the street-facing room and the smaller room as an office or guest room. We are both jiujistu/judo coaches and have a small matted area in the basement where we sometimes train or teach lessons. The rest of the basement serves as a den and storage area. We have a French bulldog named Waffles who is very friendly.
