If you have concerns about move in date, PLEASE reach out. I can accommodate a December or January move in.

I can offer the apartment furnished as well. Furniture includes: Queen Size Bed from Casper, Couch, Office Desk/Chair, Kitchen Utensils/Appliances. Basically, anything a young professional/student would need.

This apartment has in-unit laundry and a gym that has: olympic squat racks, benches, free-weights, rowing machines, Pelotons, and cable machines.

Additional fees

Must make 40x the monthly rent.

Other info

I work at one of the world's largest Private Equity funds and will be moving to San Francisco at the end of the year. I am flexible, but need to transfer the remainder (8 months) of this lease BY END OF DECEMBER.
