A bit about the apartment…
I’m the first resident as the building is brand new. The space and furnishings are brand new. It’s a studio with a ton of light from floor to ceiling windows, a walk-in closet, in-house washer/dryer, dishwasher and the building itself has a doorman, beautiful common space (POOL, TV room, cowering room, kids play room, event space), wonderful staff, a massive backyard/garden, a pet showering room, and a lot more.

It’s in Dumbo, Brooklyn in a beautiful and quaint neighborhood. This is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in New York and a few blocks away from the famous Brooklyn Bridge & Brooklyn Bridge Park. There’s a Lifetime Fitness, Devotion, CVS, and Lazy Sunday (bubble tea) on the ground floor of the building. In the a few block vicinity there are nice bars/restaurants, pharmacies, co-working locations, and more. It’s a block away from the F train and a 8 minute walk to the A & C stop and a 12 minute walk from the 1,2, and 3 stop. To get to SoHo/East Village it’s a stop away on the subway or a 15 minute bike ride.
The Situation…
I’m looking to move out to move closer to my family in another state. Given my desire to move out quickly, I’m providing a $4,000 stipend ($571.43 off on the original monthly rent) to help balance the cost of the apartment. Meaning that the apartment that is originally $4,070/month will go down to $3,499 a month. In addition to this there is a $100/month amenity fee that you would pay to allow the building to maintain all common spaces and throw community events. Also, wifi and electricity are immediately billed directly so no need for separate builds.
