It was renovated in 2021, and we were the first tenants to live in it after. It is the perfect space and location - we are only moving because we are buying an apartment (this one is rental only).

- Coat closet in the entrance way.
- Alcove kitchen, with a counter separating it from the living and dining spaces.
- All appliances are new and stainless steel, dishwasher, and there is a good deal of counter and cabinet space.

It is a 7 minute walk to the Vernon Blvd. subway, and one stop from there to Grand Central. And just a few more steps further to the G. There is also a shuttle to the subways at Court Square, which is a 12 minute walk. There is not parking in the building, but you can rent parking spaces in the garage across the street.
