This is a short-term (1.5-month) lease with no option to renew at lease end. The building is in a great location near Union Square Park with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many neighborhoods in downtown Manhattan like the West Village and Flatiron. The building features a live-in super, a full-time doorman, and on-site parking. The apartment is also newly renovated with new appliances and central A/C and heat. The bedroom you will be taking has a walk-in closet and ample space for a queen size bed, desk, and dresser. The room will be unfurnished but the kitchen, bathroom, and living area will be furnished with a TV and couch, among other necessities.
