There is one other 2bd, 2ba available in the complex for $3500 on their website, but we got our lease the first few weeks of opening at $2615 but need to give it up for financial and person reasons. Looking for someone to take over the lease (until Aug 2nd 2023). Tons of amenities, in unit washer and dryer, brand new appliances, rooftop, game room, grills, two patios, package room, the whole nine yards.
