Property Details

Facing some personal circumstances and looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP (ideally by November 1st).

It's a gorgeous studio in FiDi, on the Seaport side, and is a 2-minute walk from the water. The lease ends on June 30th. The place is available fully furnished if preferred (all furniture is nearly brand-new).

There is a 24-hour doorman, the building is clean and safe, and laundry is in-building (on the same floor as my apartment). I've absolutely loved living here; the building staff are so friendly and helpful, and it's a very clean, well-maintained building. I would not be moving if not for extenuating circumstances that require me to move back home.

Note: minimum salary of 40x rent is required, or 80x for a guarantor.
