It overlooks Foley Square and has unobstructed views of City Hall, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Financial District, and a lot more! The room is a flexed room and shares a large bathroom with 1 other roommate. The room itself is approximately 150 sq feet and can comfortably fit a bed and desk.

The rest of the unit has imported granite countertops, porcelain tile floors, sleek pedestal sinks, oversized closets with dressing alcoves, and insulated thermopane windows. The kitchen is large, open and fully functional with modern appliances.

About the Building:
Based in the heart of Tribeca, this beautiful, luxury apartment building pleasantly overlooks Foley Square. It is also conveniently located within walking distance of many of Downtown Manhattan’s other attractions including Soho, Greenwich Village, the Financial District, Chinatown, and Little Italy. This location is in proximity to a plethora of diverse restaurants, bars, fitness studios, and shops. Columbus Park is only a 5 minute walk. The area is also served by lower Manhattan’s tremendous transportation infrastructure allowing easy transit to the rest of Manhattan and surrounding boroughs via the 1/2/3, 4/5/6, A/C/E, N/R, and J/Z subways. In our experience, we've been able to get to and from anywhere in Manhattan (and many parts of Brooklyn) within 30 minutes.

The building offers a 24 hour concierge, a fully equipped third floor fitness center (for an additional fee), outdoor four-hole putting green, oversized rooftop sky deck with panoramic vistas, a state of the art security camera system, and a laundry facility adjacent to health club and outdoor terrace.
