o Recent Employment Letter* - Signed by HR or employer representative on business stationary stating job title, length of employment and annual base salary
o Offer Letter (with start date not more than 10 days in the past)
o CPA/CFA Letter stating either Adjusted Gross Income or Net Worth

4) Security Deposit: Security deposit is one-month rent (3,750 USD)
