The unit is south facing so it gets tons of sunlight at all hours of the day and has double paned windows so any and all traffic noise is blocked out.

This apartment is in a full-service building which was renovated in 2018. The building has a gym, kid's play area, 24-hour concierge and a shared roof with stunning views on the Manhattan bridge with 2 community grills. There's a parking garage in the basement of the building for a monthly fee. The building is pet friendly.

It's conveniently located a block and a half from the F (1 stop in from Manhattan) and a 10 minute walk from the ferry and/or A/C trains. There's a new Lifetime gym coming in across the street and an Equinox a few blocks away.

We have absolutely loved living here but came up on an opportunity to purchase a home. The front desk is always incredibly gracious and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The super lives on-site so if there are any issues, he's quick to resolve them. Our favorite part of the apartment is the amount of light it gets, its convenient location and it felt like a home.
