I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I take a new job out of state. I moved in October 2020 so this is a great opportunity to take on a Covid-time lease rate.

The living space is very large, accommodating a couch, desk and dining room table. The bedroom is also oversized, with plenty of room for a queen sized bed, nightstand, lounge chair, dresser and floor lamp. A total of five closets gives you plenty of storage space. Garbage, recycling and laundry room are accessible on each floor.
