This is a great studio for a temporary sublet in a fabulous building and location (South Williamsburg right below the Williamsburg bridge). All appliances and fixtures in the unit are essentially new. There is a washer/dryer in-unit and walk-in closet. The apartment will be furnished since I am only going to be away temporarily. Apartment includes bed, couch, working desk, chairs. I have cleared out quite a few things out to ensure you will have space to comfortably settle in - the walk in closet will be cleared out for you upon arrival. Base rent is $3,100. Note that this does not include internet fee and electricity which will be an additional monthly payment.
Note that the building rooftop, gym, etc. are available for an additional fee that can be worked out directly with the 3rd party company that runs those facilities. Please ideally no pets. No smoking allowed.
