$1050 per month including rent utilities, electricity, gas, & wifi, and household supplies. One-month deposit is required.

5-minute walk to the A and C trains (Nostrand Ave and Fulton Street) and about a 10-12 minute walk from the 3 train at Nostrand.

The Dynamo Laundromat is 200ft across the street.

We're looking for a 4th roommate (non-tobacco cigarette smoker) in a very spacious 4 bedroom in a Crown Heights apartment.

3 current roommates (in order of seniority) are Fidel, an international flight attendant, Julia, a designer/scientist, and Marco, a designer and renaissance man.

This is a very chill relaxed home. We are only bureaucratic about paying the rent on time and keeping our apartment clean.

We often cook and share meals with whoever is home, and screen films in our living room.

We maintain a 6-stage reverse osmosis filter for our drinking water and a water filter in the shower head for bathing.

We are looking for a clean, considerate person who will look forward to getting to know us, as much as we are looking forward to getting to know you. We each have our own lives and communities and enjoy the comfort and familiarity of the community formed with the camaraderie that we share in our apartment.
