Hi! My girlfriend and I are looking to break our lease in our 1bed 1 bath apartment.

There is nothing wrong with the building our work situation has just changed and we will need to move out.

Located just a few blocks from Gramercy Park in a newly renovated building. We were the first tenants after the renovation so the apartment is still like new! There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as one on the floor in case you have a lot of laundry to do one day. The kitchen is fully ammenatized, with a dishwasher, brand new refrigerator, and microwave.

There is also two sliding doors onto the fire escape (one in the bedroom, and one in the living room). The fire escape is shared, however, most tenants use it as a pseudo balcony to get some vitamin D.

Just outside the unit is a trash chute and recycling and garbage is maintained by the building's wonderful staff.

We will truly miss this place, and hope that whoever ends up here loves it as much as we did.

Incentives

There is an ikea media unit that we built to fit this apartment. If you are interested in keeping it, we can leave it for you along with the TV mount (which we installed and is quite nice + fits up to a 60" TV).

Additional fees

$20 Application Fee and Security Deposit.

This applicant will need to provide the following:

-copy of government issued ID

-2 most recent pay stubs

-tax return

-bank statement

-completed Akelius Application

They must make 40 times the rent.
