Subways: the FIRST stop in the Bronx on the 4/5/6 or 2 trains. The commute to Grand Central is 12 min from station to station.

The ONLY reason I’m moving out is because my partner and I have been waiting on a one-bedroom to be ready so we can move in together. I will miss this building, and the people in it. Huge kitchen and bathroom area for a studio apartment. Private balcony.

The apartment also has NO ADJOINING apartment walls! I’m a pianist and I’ve never had a single noise complaint. Lease takeover is November 1, 2022 - July 31, 2023 with an option to renew (it’s rent-stabilized, so it’s a no-brainer!). However, if you’d like to move in a few days early to take advantage of the weekend, we might be able to arrange an October 29th or 30th move-in.
