This is a first-floor studio that's set back and off the street—meaning no one can see into your apartment and no roaches— and gets incredible natural light since there is no building across the street (for context, photos in the post were taken early around 7am). The apartment is small but has a dishwasher and can comfortably fit a queen-sized bed, desk, and smaller couch with tv stand. There is roof access and overall it is a very quiet building with very thick walls. Heat and hot water is included and there's no gas so the only utility is electric. There's coin-operated laundry in the basement but also multiple laundromats within a 3-4 block radius if you prefer wash and fold. The apartment is located ~10-12 minute walk from the Clinton-Washington G, as well as 1 block away from multiple bus stops (B54, B62, B57) and a ~15 minute walk to the Astoria ferry. Very close to Pratt, the Navy Yard, and a ton of wonderful restaurants and coffee shops.

New tenant would be signing a 12-month lease with the option to renew. Apartment can be left furnished if needed for a fee as I’m moving out of state and am selling my furniture!
