4th floor walk up, is a 2-bedroom but I use one bedroom as the living room/office. Pretty quiet building and have enjoyed as a single person. One block away from Herbert Von King Park and the G-train entrance at Nostrand/Lafayette. A/C units in each room, dishwasher, no built in closet space. Only built in storage are the cabinets in the kitchen. Laundry room in the basement where you can also store bikes. Current rent is $2400 but with COVID discount you’ll pay $2150 for the last month (September 2022) of my lease. If you choose to renew with the landlord for 1 year, the rent is $2500 or $2550 — you’ll have to discuss with them directly.
