Property Details

Seeking Roommates to rent 2 out of 3 open bedrooms in my 4 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment. I have loved living here, but my Roommates are moving out of state, so I am looking for 1-2 others who can re-sign my lease with me for another year. Unit was fully gut renovated last year, so everything is still brand new. Option for rooms to come furnished with beds & desks.

*The 4th bedroom has been kept as a furnished spare guest room for the past year to host short term visitors (close friends & family only), but I am opening to keeping or reconsidering this arrangement, maybe turning it into a spare office/study/studio at the joint discretion of myself & the new Roommates.

**I am also open to having just 1 Roommate, if they'd like to rent 1 bedroom and use the other room as their personal office/study/studio. In this case, the rent would be higher (negotiable) & your income would need to be at least $85k (or have a guarantor, Insurent also accepted)

a) If you are employed: Proof of employment/income (job letter + 2 recent paystubs, or W-2, or "The Work Number" if your employer uses it)

b) If you are self-employed or an officer/partner of a firm or on contract: Last 2 years filed personal tax returns form 1040 (pages 1 and 2 only). The AGI must meet the income requirement (40x of your share of the rent)

c) If you are a student: Proof of enrollment or Form I-20 + you will need to have a US guarantor who meets the 80x requirement. If you do not have a qualified U.S. guarantor, Insurent is accepted
