The apartment will be unfurnished and is a 2 bedroom-flex with a full wall (rare for NYC buildings!), 1 bath. It features 2 naturally sunny rooms during the day, with south-facing floor to ceiling windows. Each room is air-conditioned and can fit up to a queen sized bed, large desks and dressers. There is ample closet space within the apartment: 2 large closets in the common areas and 1 within the master bedroom. The concierge is amazing and always friendly, helping us out with any requests we have. Service is also prompt and hassle-free. We have loved living in this apartment and are sad to let it go, but need to relocate for new jobs.

Rent is reasonably priced under current market conditions in a luxury building with all the amenities you’ll need, including a 48th floor sky terrace, resident lounge and terrace, complimentary wifi in amenity spaces, a fitness center with complimentary fitness classes, a recently renovated laundry machines and room.
