Hi! I have had a great experience in this unit but am moving for personal reasons (unrelated to unit). The unit is downtown but also has some qualities that are pretty rare for downtown units: big and bright southern facing window, elevator/doorman, wide (not one of those claustrophobic narrow and long units that are common downtown), tall 11 foot ceilings, roof access, walking distance to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, walking distance to many trains (1/2/3, A/C/E, F, L, R/W). I take the R/W to work everyday in Noho.

There are some fantastic restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. My personal favorite is the the hotel bar at the Chelsea Hotel (no gatekeeping here lol). For coffee, I like Matto, Variety, Kona, and Yanni's. For drinks and dinner, I like Le Zie, El Quijote, Empire Diner, Momoya, Pasta by Hudson, and The Orchard Townhouse. Happy to give more recommendations to whoever takes this unit!

Brodsky has been great managing the building. The doormen and building staff are very friendly and prompt as well. I have never had to wait more than a couple of days for fixes when stuff breaks (rare occurrences).
