Hi! Due to a job change, we are looking for somebody to take over our lease at The Victory, located at 561 10th Ave (41st and 10th). Dates: September 1, 2022 - May 31, 2023 (potentially flexible) Price: $4,050/month, plus utilities (internet and electric) From the 45th floor, our south-facing, 1-bedroom / 1-bath apartment has sweeping views of the city and Hudson River. Inside, the unit has new amenities (including a full-size dishwasher!), and the building offers a business center, gym, laundry room, 24-hour concierge service, rooftop, and a courtyard. Please see included photos of both the unit and the building. Our belongings appear in the photos, but the unit will not be furnished. We are also conveniently located near several subway stops, the nearest being the A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, and W lines. This arrangement will be “official,” and the lease will be transferred – which includes a standard application process through The Victory. We found the application process simpler than most we have experienced (and we have 8 in NYC alone!). We are happy to show you the apartment in person or via FaceTime!

Incentives

Our security deposit is tied to the lease -- not us -- so it is negotiable. The deposit was a full $4,050 and we're open to releasing the deposit to someone taking over the lease.

Additional fee

This lease assignment requires standard approval through The Victory leasing building.
