I am subletting my private bedroom and bathroom in Williamsburg from March 1 through June 30 for $2200/month. Please discuss if different dates are needed. Security deposit will be one month's rent.

The room is very big, with its own private bathroom. The entire apartment is a 3-bedroom apartment, with kitchen and washer/dryer included in the unit, as well as a HUGE private patio outside with BBQ. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room is fully furnished. My roommates are both young professionals, and are both great to live with.

The building is a luxury building, and includes a gym, rooftop and storage area, all of which will be accessible.

If possible, my roommates would love to meet any potential applicants (over Skype or similar would be fine), but if not, we can work it out. Please just provide a brief description about yourself.

Williamsburg is a great neighborhood, with new bars and restaurants opening up regularly. There's also a good music and film scene out here.

I am about 2 blocks from the Bedford stop on the L train, providing easy access to and from Manhattan.

$30 for credit check. Letter of employment, current bank statement and copy of most recent tax return required.
