Room is in a big 2br on Greenpoint ave in Greenpoint. Rooms are on totally different sides of the unit. The building is old but the unit is renovated. Location is awesome, right near the subway and everything else Greenpoint offers. No dishwasher or laundry in building unfortunately. The place is furnished, and my good friend and roommate of 5 years lives there still. He's a great guy, you'll meet him for a drink across a the street at Tempkin's to feel it out. I'm moving in with my girlfriend a couple blocks away.
