I am moving out of state for work and am looking to assign my lease for my 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Stuyvesant Town (Stuytown). The lease runs through May with an opportunity to renew without fees. Timing of assumption of lease is preferably in early November but is flexible (and dependent on the final timing of my work transfer).

Size: Approximately 750 square feet.
