NOTE: We are offering ONE MONTH OFF of the three month lease reassignment. Needs to be taken by EOD WEDNESDAY 2/23. Move in can be anytime 3/1 or later.

We are moving out of our 2 bed (can be converted to three)/ 1.5 bath at Normandie Court (95/3) and are looking for someone to take over the last three months of our lease. The floor plan is attached and here is the pertinent information:

- Dates: March 1 - May 21 (with option for renewal)
- Rent: $4537 for the remainder of lease, new lease terms will depend on number of months but the least expensive option is $4991 per month for 9 months (contact me for details on other terms)
- High floor with south and west views (you can see the Reservoir, pictures attached)
- Rent includes heat, hot water and gas (electricity / internet is separate), laundry is in basement and there's also a package room
- There is a health club that is paid for separately that includes a roof deck and pool. Garage parking also available for an additional fee
- Requirement is $20 application fee and to make 50x rent without a guarantor

I would be open to either sending the pictures or showing the apartment. We are looking to find someone ASAP!
