The townhouse was built in 2003 and has a video camera/intercom security system at the entrance. The apartment occupies the 1st & 2nd floors (considered ground and first floors by Europeans) of the 3 story townhouse and has a southern exposure facing the garden.

The first floor which accesses the garden, is where the shared kitchen and living room are located as well as the owner’s bedroom which has a private bath.The two rooms for rent are located on the 2nd floor. Bedroom #1 has a twin size trundle bed that can be converted into a queen bed. In your room you will also find a closet for storage, a large mirror, a flat screen TV with cable and air conditioner for the summer months. Bedroom 2 features a twin bed, a closet and a TV as well. The 2 rooms for rent will share the 2nd bathroom on the same floor.

The shared kitchen has plenty of cabinet and countertop space and is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, four burner gas stove and oven as well as a toaster oven and coffee maker. The kitchen is open to the living room where there are chairs and a couch to sit and relax and a dining table with seating for four people where you can enjoy a meal at home.

In the milder months you have the added bonus of a lovely large backyard garden where you can spend time relaxing outdoors. A stepping stone path through the grass leads to a covered area where you can sit and enjoy a meal outside
