Looking for someone to take over our southern-facing, queen size 1 bedroom at the crossroads of Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, and Downtown Brooklyn. We've moved out shortly before our lease is up and the renter will have the option to sign a 12+ month lease starting immediately. No fee!

The apartment has a gourmet chefs kitchen with a large black granite island, in-sink garbage disposal, and GE stainless steel appliances (incl. dishwasher), as well as 3 generously-sized closets, central air, and laundry across the hall. The rest of the apartment features hardwood solid white oak floors, solar shades in the living room, black out shades in the bedroom, and LED track lighting throughout. This unit overlooks the building's courtyard and as a result is quiet while still being close to everything you could possibly need on Atlantic Avenue and beyond.

The Court House Apartments set the standard for turn-key living with some of the most generous amenities anywhere: including a 24-hour concierge, underground parking, and a 40,000-square-foot YMCA fitness center. We love this apartment and are very sad to leave! It's an excellent building in a perfect location with every type of store or restaurant you can think of within walking distance (including Trader Joe's across the street!); we just need another bedroom. Transport options are great with easy access to the 2/3/4/5, R, A/C, and F/G, as well as walking distance to both Brooklyn Bridge Park and the Brooklyn Heights Promenade.
