Neighborhood is chock full of restaurants and bars, has two grocery stores within 1 block, and 24/7 CVS Pharmacy . 15 minute walk to Central Park. There is a laundromat on the first floor, which does drop off only. If you prefer self-service there’s a great laundromat (Fei’s) around the corner on the next block. The Q train and M15 bus are 1 block away and the 6 train is a 10 minute walk to 77th/Lexington. Unfortunately, the landlord will no longer allow pets.
