You will have to submit a rental application to TFC along with a non-refundable $20 application fee. Required documents include a valid photo ID, a recent bank statement, and confirmation of employment and salary (offer letter OR 3 consecutive paystubs OR tax return and CPA letter if self-employed). You will also need to notify management if you have a pet. The building is pet friendly, they just need to include a rider on the sublease agreement.
