I have to move out from this lovely place because of job relocation. You may find that the rent of this furnished studio is kinda lower than it should be, the original rent is 2600, however, since I need to leave by the end of this month, so if you can move in before that, I will give you $1440 ($350*4months) as subsidy, that's why the rent is only $2250 per month. If you want to move in immediately, or any day in this month, no extra payment for it (Bonus, isn't it awesomeeee?). You only need to pay from March.
