I have lived in this apartment for 6 months and it's a beautiful building with excellent amenities and helpful staff. My least is until the end of February 2022, and I'm hoping to sublet my apartment for the remainder of my lease duration (or at least 3-4 months). The rent posted is the discounted rate I got for signing during Covid, and you can't get a better price for an equivalent apartments in the building or in the UWS.
