Hi All, I'm moving in with my boyfriend and have Feb. left on my lease. I normally pay over $3,000 for the unit but only offer it for $2,100 in February! The place is perfect for short-term vacation or temp stay in New York and is currently available for immediate move in. The rent includes building amenities: gym, wifi lounge, outdoor terrace with grills, and rooftop. The place is furnished with a full-sized bed, a new couch, TV, plenty of closet space, and wifi internet (can be unfurnished too at your request).

The building is located close to the Empire State building, a 1 minute walk to the B/D/F/M & N/Q/R train and 3 mins walk to the 1/2/3 train on 34th Street.
