I have lived in this building for 4 years and have loved every minute of it! Unfortunately, because of a new job, I must move and am looking to assign the lease (this process is completely approved by the building). Because my lease was negotiated during COVID, the apartment is at a much lower price compared to other one bedrooms in the building.
The apartment has hard wood floors throughout and all modern fixtures. Most importantly, there are floor-to-ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom, so there is a a lot of light in the apartment. Atlas is a full-service building with incredible and responsive staff who is on call 24/7. Additionally there are a number of amenities including a full gym and beautiful rooftop with the best views of Manhattan.
