Looking for a kind and respectful roommate to sublet a fully furnished beautiful bedroom in the heart of Fort Greene for August (with potentially the first week of September at no additional cost)! Bedroom has a garden fire escape overlooking lush courtyard. The room is at the back of the building so very quiet and gets amazing light. We live next door to a laundromat that does drop-off/pick-up service. We are located one block away from Fort Greene Park, on the same block as the G and C trains, and a 5 minute walk to Barclays Center. BAM is two blocks away, Trader Joes is a 10 minute walk, and Prospect Park is about a 15 minute walk away. ****BEST LOCATION EVER****
Only looking to fill one room in this 3 bedroom, however there is one other roommate (one bedroom is used as an office/guest bedroom/flex space). Roommate is female and in her twenties. Interested in people who are considerate of space and easy going, but excited to be in Brooklyn!
